PurpleLab Recognized as a 2026 AdExchanger Awards Finalist in Measurement and Analytics

We’re proud to share that PurpleLab has been named a finalist in the 2026 AdExchanger Awards in the category of Best Measurement or Analytics Capability.

The AdExchanger Awards are among the most respected honors in data-driven advertising, which recognize the organizations, technologies and leaders driving measurable impact across media and ad tech. This year’s finalists were selected by an independent panel of senior industry figures.

For us, this nomination is a reflection of a steady pipeline of solutions we’ve shipped to solve the hardest problems in healthcare advertising. Healthcare marketers have long faced slow and opaque campaign analytics, strict direct-to-consumer regulations and privacy requirements like HIPAA that make closed-loop measurement more complex than in other verticals. Our mission has been to close that gap, to give teams the ability to connect media investment to real-world patient outcomes without ever compromising on privacy.

Over the past year, this has translated into a run of launches that expanded what measurement can do in our industry:

  • End-to-end campaign measurement with self-service flexibility. We launched a full measurement suite through our HealthNexus® platform, standalone APIs, and custom services – turning measurement into a live feedback loop that lets advertisers optimize in-flight rather than waiting on external analytics cycles.
  • The industry’s first social media measurement solution for healthcare. In partnership with Decentriq’s data clean room technology, we made it possible for pharma advertisers to connect social media campaign performance to real-world patient outcomes for the first time, closing the loop inside the walled gardens that had previously remained unmeasured.
  • Identity Resolution Configurator. We introduced a purpose-built solution to bridge de-identified patient and HCP data across partners for measurement, attribution and advanced analytics. This removes the identity fragmentation that has historically capped what healthcare data can do, all while preserving existing privacy frameworks.

Each of these built on the foundation that makes PurpleLab different: real-world data powered by billions of medical and pharmacy claims and best-in-class provider data, continuously validated and enriched, and delivered through a platform designed to take teams from data to discovery to action.

“Healthcare marketers have been asking for measurement that’s fast, rigorous and privacy-centric, as well as enabling them to media with real-world outcomes. This recognition from AdExchanger demonstrates to us that the work we’ve been putting in is resonating with the industry, and it pushes us to keep raising the bar for our partners,” said Kyle Armstrong, VP, Agency and Platform Sales at PurpleLab.

We're grateful to AdExchanger and to the panel for the recognition, and to the partners and clients who push us to keep building. Measurement in healthcare advertising is still maturing, and we intend to keep leading it by expanding our measurement APIs and continuing to make real-world outcomes accessible to every marketer who needs them.
