Director/Vice President, Product Management Advertising

PurpleLab® is seeking a passionate and experienced Healthtech Advertising Product Management VP to lead our product strategy and execution across our DaaS and SaaS offerings. You will be responsible for shaping the vision and roadmap for a suite of products designed for direct-to-consumer (DTC) and healthcare professional (HCP) audiences, including cutting-edge audience measurement solutions. This is an exciting opportunity to play a pivotal role in transforming the health technology advertising landscape.


Product Strategy & Management:

  • Lead the Advertising product management team, defining the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for our DaaS and SaaS offerings.
  • Deeply understand the needs, landscape, and connectivity of DTC and HCP audiences in the health tech space.
  • Understanding of media planning optimization to strategically reach a target audience with advertising messages through the right channels and within budget.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (engineering, marketing, sales) to bring products to market.
  • Oversee product development lifecycle, from ideation to launch and post-launchoptimization.
  • Drive the development and implementation of audience measurement solutions to ensure campaign effectiveness.
  • Stay up to date on industry trends and identify new opportunities for product innovation.
  • Conduct market research and competitor analysis to inform product strategy.
  • Develop and maintain a deep understanding of the regulatory environment for health technology advertising.

UI/UX Design:

  • Champion user-centered design principles in product development for the Advertising Platform.
  • Lead the development of intuitive and user-friendly UI/UX experiences for our products.
  • Work closely with product managers, engineers, and designers to ensure a seamless user experience.
  • Implement user research and testing methodologies to gather feedback and optimize product design.

Team Leadership & Management:

  • Foster a collaborative and results-oriented work environment.
  • Provide clear direction, coaching, and mentorship to team members.
  • Develop and implement performance management plans for team members.


  • 10+ years of experience in product management, with a proven track record of success in leading and launching innovative products in health technology advertising.
  • Experience in the healthcare or advertising technology space is required.
  • Strong understanding of the DaaS and SaaS business models.
  • Excellent communication, collaboration, and leadership skills.
  • Data-driven decision-making capabilities.
  • Ability to translate business goals into actionable product roadmaps.
  • Experience working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

Bonus Qualification

  • Experience with healthcare data and analytics.
  • Experience with medical terminologists or data analysts.
  • Experience with product design tools (e.g., Figma, Balsamiq).
  • Experience/familiarity with TV campaigns and measurement.
