PurpleLab™ is seeking a Product Operations Manager to join our dynamic, cross-functional team. As a Product Operations Manager at PurpleLab, you will play a pivotal role in bridging the gap between product development, marketing, and business operations. Your primary focus will be on ensuring the seamless execution of product strategies, optimizing operational processes, and enhancing overall product performance. This role requires a blend of strategic thinking, analytical skills, and strong communication abilities.

Responsibilities:

• Product Operations:
  • Develop, manage, and optimize business processes to streamline product development. 
  • Provide critical support by building systems to capture, review, and analyze data to help Product Managers make better-informed product decisions.
  • Manage tools for road mapping, prototyping, etc. that the product team uses.
• Technical Product Management:
  • Manage technical releases and data product onboarding. 

• • Maintain product requirements for products for technical releases. 
  • Manage the migrations of products including onboarding, testing, product integration, and delivery. 
  • Be an expert on PurpleLab Tech Stack
• Release Planning:
  • Perform functional QA after technical releases and notify teams of a release. Analyze data to help product management make better-informed decisions.
  • Coordinate Releases with Development Teams 
  • Assist with the creation and publication of product documentation for internal and external stakeholders.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in business, operations, or a related field; MBA is a plus.
• Proven experience in product management, operations, or a related role.
• Strong project management skills with a track record of successful product launches.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
• Familiarity with agile development methodologies.
• Proficient in data analysis tools and project management software.
