PurpleLab® is seeking a dynamic Data Analytics Manager to drive our mission of revolutionizing healthcare insights through advanced data solutions. In this pivotal role, you’ll leverage your expertise in healthcare data analytics to transform complex payer and provider datasets into strategic, actionable intelligence.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
Strategic Data Analysis & Insights

• Lead comprehensive analysis of healthcare datasets from diverse sources (claims, public records, third-party vendors).
• Generate transformative insights that directly impact healthcare decision-making.
• Develop and implement data strategies that accelerate operational efficiency and business performance.

Data Operations & Governance

• Architect transparent, scalable data management processes ensuring compliance and data integrity.
• Oversee end-to-end data workflows: ingestion, processing, transformation, and delivery.
• Implement robust data governance frameworks aligned with HIPAA and industry standards.
• Collaborate across teams to optimize data pipelines and enhance operational excellence.

Technology & Innovation

• Drive adoption of cutting-edge technologies including AI, machine learning, and cloud-based data platforms.
• Identify automation opportunities to streamline data processing and analysis.
• Stay at the forefront of healthcare data management innovations.

QUALIFICATIONS:
Required

• Bachelor’s or Master’s in Healthcare, Data Science, Computer Science.
• 5+ years healthcare data analytics experience, focusing on real-world data.
• Expertise in: Payer and provider data analysis, Healthcare data standards (HL7, FHIR, CDISC), Regulatory compliance (HIPAA, FDA guidelines).
• Advanced proficiency in data tools: SQL, Python, R.
• Cloud platform experience (AWS, Google Cloud preferred).

Preferred

• Certifications in data management or healthcare analytics.
• Experience in healthcare technology startup environments.
