PurpleLab® is seeking a talented mid-level Product Manager to join our dynamic, cross-functional team, to lead the development of innovative advertising solutions specifically designed for healthcare and pharmaceutical companies. PurpleLab is on a mission to revolutionize healthcare through data-driven solutions. Join our passionate team and play a pivotal role in shaping the future of healthcare advertising! This role reports to the Director of Product Development, Advertising.

• Be the champion for our advertising product line, defining the roadmap, conducting market research, and translating insights into actionable product strategies.
• Work seamlessly with product, development, data science, engineering, and QA teams to ensure products are built, launched, and continuously improved with the highest quality.
• Design and document detailed requirements for both front-end and back-end components, ensuring a user-friendly and data-driven experience for healthcare advertisers.
• Leverage your SQL proficiency and analytical skills to extract valuable insights from healthcare data, guiding product optimization and strategic decision-making.
• Monitor and analyze product performance, identifying areas for improvement and ensuring ongoing product effectiveness.

Qualifications:

• 2+ years of hands-on experience bringing data-driven products to life. Proven track record of successful product launches and a strong understanding of the product development lifecycle.
• Possess a deep understanding of the healthcare advertising landscape, including challenges and opportunities faced by pharmaceutical and healthcare advertisers.
• Experience working with healthcare data, ideally prescription and medical claims data. Comfortable with SQL and leveraging data to inform product decisions.
• Experience working on data components in product pipelines and user interfaces designed for data querying and insightful presentations.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills to effectively lead cross-functional teams and articulate complex product visions to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
